Return & Refund Policy
At Pure Zayka, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our spices. Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on food products once the seal is broken or the package is opened.
Returns are only eligible if you receive the wrong item or if the packaging is damaged during transit.
Refunds & Replacements:
Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please take a clear photo/video of the unopened box and the damaged product and WhatsApp it to us at +91 9109842500 within 24 hours of delivery.
Processing: Once verified, we will either send a fresh replacement at no extra cost or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as we process and ship fresh batches quickly.
